Sales Update

The winter months have not slowed us down here at Q west!  Sales have been moving briskly along as we aspire to exceed our targets.  While we still have some fantastic inventory available, our suites are limited. 

101 Richmond is now 95% sold out

111 West is now 95% sold out

Q west phase 1 is now 90% sold out

Q west phase 2 is now 65% sold out

Q west phase 3 is now 50% sold out

We are still offering no condo fees for 2 years in phase 1 & 2 (up to $5000). 

We Moved!

The Q west sales centre has been moved across the street to ground floor of 101 Richmond to accommodate construction for Q west.  We have a gorgeous 2 bedroom model suite with views of the convent site, as well as access to the amenities at 101 Richmond.  Please come and visit us at our new location.

After 2 years of construction and much anticipation, the wait is finally over for the first occupants of 101 Richmond Road.  The first group of purchasers moved in on September 29 2011 and couldn't be more thrilled with their gorgeous suites and the fabulous building!  People will will continue to move in throughout the fall season and we cannot wait to hear the reviews!

111West Construction Update

111 West has entered a new stage of construction!

The streets of Westboro are now shaking while construction is busy blasting away all the bed-rock to make room for underground parking. Things are starting to take shape at the site of 111West and it won’t be long before they start pouring concrete.

We really wanted to provide you all with video of the construction crew turning the bed-rock to dust but were not permitted to film due to safety reasons.
