Sales Update
The winter months have not slowed us down here at Q west!Sales have been moving briskly along as we aspire to exceed our targets.While we still have some fantastic inventory available, our suites are limited.
101 Richmond is now 95% sold out
111 West is now 95% sold out
Q west phase 1 is now 90% sold out
Q west phase 2 is now 65% sold out
Q west phase 3 is now 50% sold out
We are still offering no condo fees for 2 years in phase 1 & 2 (up to $5000).
